The M11 Highway project amounts to 520 billion rubles, of which 370 billion rubles are budgetary funds. The series of art objects titled "M11" represents the irony of the service condition of the country's most expensive toll road, connecting two million-strong cities.  
This is one of the most comfortable federal highways, but the echoes of a mentality rooted in the scarcity of the past, now ingrained in the cultural code of behavior at a subconscious level, distort the environment. These remnants can be found even on the most modern road in the country.  
Drivers and passengers are familiar with this scenario: a chain hangs with a lonely lock on a metal sheet in the toilet stalls. This touch of everyday culture, which becomes a local legend, serves as a hallmark of incongruity. And in front of people lies a choice: to experience the legend for themselves or to endure it.
